THIS IS TO CERTIFY that Miss Edith K. Kelsey has com- pleted her training of Three Years here in a most satisfactory manner, and for the past four years has acted as Charge Nurse of the Scarlet Fever, Diphtheria, & Typhoid Wards; also as Ambu- lance Nurse; she had entire charge of the Small-pox Hospital during an epidemic of small-pox, and gave entire satisfaction.
She has acted as Matron during my holidays am absence; she is an excellent Nurse and disciplinarian, combining great tact and kindness with firmness in the treatment of patients and staff. She is an excellent teacher and trainer of proba-
tieners.
A good worker, quick and very resourceful in an emer-
gency.
I always found her in every way most satisfactory, and an extremely sorry to lose her.
