Dear Sir,
Mr. H.B.Lethbridge, late Governor of Wormwood Scrubs
Prison, formerly in the Hong Kong Service, writes stating that
when he applied to the Crown Agents for the balance of
pension due to him he was informed that they had not been
notified by the Colonial Office of the increase recently
granted by the Treasury and the Prison Commissioners desire
me to say that they would be glad if you would be so good as
to expedite this matter.
John Anderson G.C.M.G.,
