I am directed by the Board of Trade to transmit here-
with, to be laid before the Secretary of State for the
Colonies a copy of a Report which has been received from the Cables (Landing Rights) Committee upon the subject
of the establishment of Wireless Telegraph Stations at
Hong Kong, Singapore and North Borneo.
I am to add that the Board assume that, if the
Secretary of State sees no objection, he will take the
necessary steps to give effect to the recommendation of
the Committee contained in paragraph 6 of the Report. る
