Subject to the conditions of his license, a licensed pharmacist to whom a license for the wholesale sale of morphia has been granted under rule 52 may import morphia produced out of India, but at no time shall the quantity imported and the quantity in stock exceed the amount fixed in the license.

49. A medical practitioner may sell

51. Subject to the conditions of his license, a licensed pharmacist to whom a license for the sale by wholesale at morphia has been granted may sell morphia in quantities exceed- ing five grains and not exceeding two ounces avoirdupois in weight to any person who is authorized to possess the same in such quantities.
52. The Deputy Commissioner, with the previous sanction of the Financial Commissioner, may grant a license to licensed pharmacist for the wholesale sale of morphia, and may fix the quantity of morphia to be possessed under such license.
