Provincial Government called at this office and notified
us that the whole Railway was properly guarded, and wa
made an inspection of the line as far as Sam Chun on the
11th December and toaffix has been maintained since.
Until the 14th instant it was impossible to
resume truffle as the present Government could not give
us the necessary assurance therefore all claims which
will have to be discussed later on due to suspension of
traffic, will be from 7th November to 14th December, 1911.
