By your Despatch Ro 11, Comarcial, of the 17th
of July of last year, ou instructed Mr Hohler to inform
the Mexican Government that He Kajesty's Government cup-
ported the Clam made against the Former by the China Com-
merciel Stonzship Company, Limited, a matter which was ex-
plained fully to you in his Despatch No 04, 3om ercial, of
May 16th 1911.
Mr Foblar thereupon audressed a Note
to the vexican Government, a copy of which Forias my first
enclosure. The comminication passed from one Department
of Government to another with no definite result.
In My last I received a letter from the local
Agent of the Company, Br Hong Kwong Chung, imorning me
that a Decree of the #inistry of Communications had bean
issued to the effect that the Company's concession woula be
cancelled unless it complied with the terms of the said
