Sir Francis Pigott has recurred to the question of his abortive attempt to gocure the sp pointment of Legal Alviser to the Chinese Covernment. The matter was last dealt with in your official letter flo. 406394 of the 13th November, 1912. Te are getting very tired of his here, ond te lisrcourt would rather like to unser his last letter in the terms of the raft which i enclose. ill you kindly let me know whather the oreign Office concur in the terms of the draft?
