Section 201.

485

The Board of Trade raises a very nice question. I

am afraid the difficulty is inseparable from a system

where there are so many co-ordinate jurisdictions with

different laws. We must face it and make the best of

difficult situations where they arise. I do not think

they will be frequent.

Baction 203.

As the charge is one which would only be enforced

against the liquidator in a British Court I think the

Board of Trade difficulty does not arise.

Section 205 (3)

Provision for English bankruptcy law is made in my

draft Order-in-Council.

Section 214 (5).

Bankruptcy law. See Craft Order-in-Council.

Section 216.

This should be amended to include officers entitled

to take affidavits in His Britannic Majesty's Supreme

Court for China.

Section 217.
