With reference to your letter of April 10th. transmit-
ting a draft Ordinance for the reconstitution of the Full
Court at Hong Kong together with a copy of a minute by the
Attorney General of the Colony I am directed by Secretary
Bir E. Grey to state for the information of Mr. Secretary
Harcourt that the only observation he has to make is that
under Article 3 (2) of the Corea Order in Council 1911,
title of the Supreme Court at Shanghai is now "His Britannic
Majesty's Supreme Court for China"
