It is suggested that this might be done either (1) By adding a section after section,130 providing that the Court having jurisdiction to wind up a company with its registered office in Shanghai shall be the Supreme Court for China, and in all other cases the Supreme Court of Hongkong, and altering the definition so as to provide that the Court means the Court having jurisdiction to wind up the company, or (2) By altering the present definition by adding the words "in the case of a company with its registered office in Shanghai the Supreme Court for China and in all other
