result of the correspondence between the Colonial Office
and this Department during the summer of 1911, and the
informal conference held on September 12th. with the
Attorney General of Hongkong and Mr. Risley of the
Colonial Office to be that a similar scheme would be
carried out by the Government of Hongkong.
A copy of this letter and of Sir H. de Sausmarez
despatch will be forwarded to the Board of Trade.
