I have the honour to request that I may be supplied with
either a full account or with a precis of that part of the
proceedings at the recent Industrial Property Conference
which related to unregistered marks, as this will be useful
in negotiating with the Japanese Government.
As some years have passed since the original decision
was arrived at to omit copyright from the scope of the Con-
vention, I venture to ask whether this decision still holds
good.
