We declare that the articles of the present
Convention shall, after ratification, be applied to
the Indian Empire and to the British Colonies in the
Far East, but His Britannic Majesty's Government
reserve the right of swihering to, or denouncing the
said Convention on behalf of any of His Majesty's
Dominions, Colonies, Dependencies, or Protectorates
other than those specified above.
