It is agreed that the Governments represented should

forbid the exportation of prepared opium to such countries

&B now or may hereafter, forbid its entry, and that in

the meantime no prepared opium should be shipped to any

country that wishes to restrict its entry, unless the ex-

porting country conforms to the regulations of the receiv-

ing country.

E.

In the event of any country represented in the Con-

ference continuing to export prepared opium, such opium

should bear a mark of identification.

It is agreed by the countries represented that no

Government should permit the export of prepared opium

except by persons authorised to do so.

G.

It is agreed by the countries represented that it is

desirable that measures should be taken through the

Universal Postal Union for prohibiting the transmission of

prepared opium through the post.
