I have the honour to acknowledge the
receipt of your letter of the 25th October, No.4 in
551/10, enquiring why the price of the "150 shell
B.D. filled common 5" Howitzer iron 1 III" asked
for in indent No.150 of the 8th December 1910 had heen
increased to £40, above the rate shewn in the War Office
Friced vocabulary of stores, and in reply I have to
enclose a copy of a letter which we have received
from the War Office in the matter.
