"(7.) The Farmer shall not sell to any person

other than bis licensees more than five

taels of prepared opium at one time with- out the written permission of the Superiu- rendent.

(8.) No licensee shall sell more than five taels of prepared opin to any person at one time without the written permission of the Superintendent.

(9.) No person other than the Farmer or his lí- censoes shall have in his possession mare than five taels of prepared opium without the written permission of the Superin- tendent."
