With reference to my Confidential Despatch of the 1st. instant and previous correspondence, I have the honour to transmit for your information a copy of a letter from the llonour- -able Mr. H. E. Pollock, K.C., M.L.C., covering certain corres- -pondence concerning the advantages of the Telefunken Radiotelegra- -phic system.
