Since writing my minute of October 18th. the
following irregularities have been noticed by myself.
In the Siberian mail from London of 2.10 and 4.10
which arrived on 23.10. In one bag was found the cover which should contain a Dr. Scholl's Bremen Right. In another bag was found the proper contents a Bremen Right.
The mail from London of 5.10 which should have
arrived per P. & 0. on 25.10 was delayed ahead of Dalny. The
continental mail from Berlin, Paris and Russia was received with-
-cut delay.
On 7.11.12 only 3 bags of the total of D bags despatched from London on 19.10.12 were received. Portion of the
mail being delayed.
