7. Section 1 of the Ordinance is ferma].

Section 2 provides for the incorporation of the Church

Body; gives the Body thus incorporated perpetual succession, power to sus and to he sued, power te acquir● property and to sell the same.

Section 3 provides for the keeping of a Register of the members: section 4 for the filling of any vacancy which may arise in the membership of the Governing Body. Section 5 prescribes the principles upen which the servi- ces of the Church should be conducted.

Section 6 gives power to the Corporation to make Regulation for the management and control of the business of the Church Body.

Section 7 deals with the removal of members from the rell: section 8 with the convening of meetings,

8. Section 10 provides the necessary saving of the rights of

His Majesty the King, His Heirs and Sucesssors and of sther Bodies or persons affected.

9. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency

the Governer may properly assent is the name of His Majes- ty and an His Behalf.
