(7). When the licensee has violated Regulation 48 in the
Principal Mining Regulations.

(8). When licensse has deliberately infringed the
Regulations as regards mining.
Regulation 29. The Mining Affairs Deputy shall make due investiga- -tions on receipt of a complaint against any applicant forja hold- -er of a mining licence; and in case the boundary of any mine is
concerned, the Surveyor should be notified, that so

proceed to survey and inspect it.
Regulation 30. The surveyor shall take down any information he may
secure while surveying and make a particular report to the Mining
Affairs Deputy.
Regulation 31. When the particulars compleined of are found on
investigation to be inconsistent with the fact, the Mining Affairs
Deputy shall notify the objector accordingly.
Resulation 32. When any complaint is sent in against any applicant
for or holder of any mining licence, the Mining Affairs Deputy may send for the two parties and admonish them to settle by arrange-
-ments; and if they refuse, he shall hand over the case to the
Authorities of his district for decision.
Regulation 33. The Mining Affairs Deputy shall report within 15
days to the Commissioner of Industry any decision he may make in
any case.
Repulation 34. In case of an inconsistency of any petition with the proper approved form the Commissioner of Industry will direct
the petitioner duly to alter any ordinary mistake; but if the
mistake is made on purpose, the petitioner will be liable to punishment.
Regulation 35. In case of any dispute about any lots of land which are necessary for any mine-owner for his occupation, the Mining Affairs Deputy may have arrangements made as follows. Should the landlords refuse to accept the arrangements so made the case may be dealt with in accordance with Regulation 22.
(a). Either party shall appoint an arbitrator who shall submit their opinions to the Mining Affairs Deputy within 10 days
