Additional Particulars.

(1). A plan in duplicate of the mine to be submitted.

(2). Regulations for the despatch of the various affairs.

(3). Regulations for raising the necessary capital.

(4). Regulations for co-operation.

(5). Regulations for raising loans.

(6). Agreements with the landlords of the mine.

(7). Title deeds to be submitted in cases where the mine-

-owners themselves are landlords.

(8). Contract as regards the employment of any foreigner.

(A copy of any of the above contracts should be submi t-

-ted, while the title deeds of the landlords must be produced when

required).

(9). For what ore the mine is worked.

Chapter V.

Re ulation 13. The Commissioner of Industry, if he has no objection

to any application for a licence to open a small mine, will send a

surveyor to survey the proposed mine, all expenses incurred for

conveyance and provisions for the purpose to be defrayed by appli-

-cant.

Regulation 14. Any survey or sent to survey any mine proposed to be opened shall submit within sixty days the proper plan and sketch

of the mine. Any person who interferes with such Surveyor in his surveying will be liable to be punished by the Authorities of the district concerned, but the Surveyor shall have no right to create disturbance to the people.

Regulation 15. In surveying any mine proposed to be operated the Surveyor should first determine the boundary lines of the mine, and then from the boundary lines fix the angle lines by the meridia Regulation 16. (a). Boundary stones should be erected at intervals along the boundary lines of any mine proposed to be opened.

(b). On the boundary stones there should be marked the number and the names of the mine-owners or the mining company. All expenses incurred for the erection of such boundary stones to be borne by the mine-owner.
