With reference to my Confidentiel Despatch of

the 10th. of September, I have the honour to suggest that so soon as you shall have approved the Estimates for this Colony for 1913

and have come to a decision as to the nature of the radiotelegraph-

-ic installation to be made here the necessary steps be taken in

England to make a contract for the work and to send out a qualifi- -ed person to superintend the erection of the Station.
