With reference to Colonial Office Circular of
the 9th. June, 1890, Enclosure para. 5 (1): I should be glad to know if you concur in the transfer, and if so will you kindly inform me what its value is at present estimated at.
3.
If the land is sold, the value as agreed should be credited to the Wer Department in the Colonial Military Lands
Account.
