area of the lot proposed to be granted over the area of the present lot. The amount to be paid into the Colonial Treasury within 7 days

of the date mentioned in (a).

(e). Crow Rent for the new lot to be 838.00 per annum.

(This figure is obtained by adding the present Crow Rent of 89.34 to the rent on 2,790 square feet calculated at the rate of $450.00 per acre per annum): The new Crown Rent to com.ence from the date mentioned in (a). (f). The whole of the area coloured red on plan and the

surrounding area coloured brown to be filled in by the lessee at his own expense to such levels as the Director of Public Works may approve. The filling in to be protected on all sides to the satisfaction of the Director

of Public Works.

(6). The filling of the area coloured red and the

surrounding area coloured brown to be complet- -ed within twelve months of the date mention- -ed in (a) and the area coloured brown to be handed over to Government free of cost when- -ever it is filled in.

(h). The Government to form and channel the surrounding road and lane when the lot has been complete-

-ly built over.

(i). A sum of not less than $8,000 to be expended on

buildings within 36 months from the date mentioned in (a).

(j). An Inland Lot Lease for the term mentioned in (c)

to be taken out for the lot when the fore-

-going
