To consist of a circle of galvanized iron plates buried in a symmetrical position relatively to the Station House, and connected to it by a System of Radial Conductora of galvanized iron wire loading from each plate to a point approximately at the centre of the circle,or of the two semi circles if the main circle is divided in this fashion.
