an Inductance of such a value as to prevent this Aerial resonating within the range of received wave lengths and thus weakening the eignala on the Receiving Aerial itself.

The Transmitting Aerial for the Main Installation to be essen- tially of the Multiple Wire "T" Type, but the horizontal members of the *T* to be broken at the centre and suspended by Insulators from a pair of Triatic Stays ac as to hang between one or other of these Triatica and a similar Triatic suspended between the end pair of Maste. In this fashion ten wires to be slung on each side of the middle pair of Masta, and twenty wires corresponding to these to be led down from the points of insulation at the Central Triatic Stays to the Leading-in-īngulator on the Station House.

The Transmitting Aerial for the 3 XV. Inatallation to consist of a Twir Mire "T", the horizontal wires being slung between auit- able spreaders auspended from the head of the atselwork on aach of the two Central Masts, with two vertical leading down wires jointed to the centre of the horizontal wire on each side and taken down

to the Station HouRA.

The Receiving Aerial to be of the same general form as the Yein Transmitting Aerial, but to comprise four members only the horizontal wires being ruspended between the Central and Outer Topmasta on each side of the Most System at a point well above that from which the Transmitting Aerial Members are suspended, so as to keep the Receiving Aerial well oloar of the Transmitting Wires.

Three separate leading-in-Insulators to be furnished, serving to connect each of these Aeriala to the Apparatus inside the Station Building. In the case of the two Transaltti ng Aeriala, an Insulator of the No. 5 Porcelain Type illustrated on Drawing No. Sk.5539 to be provided, and a Standard No. 1 Ebonite Tube Insulater to be employed with the Receiving Aorial,

For the suspension of the individual wires used in all three Aeriale described above, the 3 foot Foroulain Strain Insulator as illustrated on Drawing c. Sk. 4929 to be used throughout.
