"Am Ordinance to amend the Magistrates Ordinances,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions,
This Ordinance brings inte ferce in the Colony some of the provisions of section 19 of the Refermatery and Industrial Schools Ordinance, 1890, of the Straits Settlements. The previse preserves the effect of the present sub-section (1) of section 86 of the Magistrates Ordinances, 1890-1910.
