303 further sums amounting to $641,171 nett as set out in enclosure 3 for the construction of the station and station yard, for loco rolling stock, for locomotives and an addition to engine shops and for the Manager's house and staff quarters, etc.
Added to the above amounts there is the sum of 81,472,390 to be provided for the purchase of land for the
Station site (vide Sir F. D. Lugard's Despatch No. 96 of 15th.
March and my Despatch No. 124 of 1st. April). There will therefore
be required in all a sum of $2,420,773 made up as follows:-
(i). Balance outstanding after repayment of
Wuchang Loan as estimated on 31st. December, 1911,
(ii). Nett amount to complete (as per en-
-closure 3)...
(iii). Purchase of land for station site.
