As to llo. 2 of 1889, ss. 36 and 37: -

These sections were repealed because their provisions were repeated in the Magistrates Ordinance, No. 3 of 1890. The repeal is however effected by the General Revision Orainance, as the reference in No. 62 of 1911 was left in that Ordinance by mistake and has been struck out.
