The address which Attewell originally gave
was that of his sister Mrs. M. Webb, 3, Lake Lane, Abingdon Road, Oxford, England. This he subsequently changed to that of a friend
Miss L. Willingham, Sycamore Cottage, Edmondthorpe, near Oakham, Rutland. In the letters which he wrote shortly before his death he asked that his money might be sent to his father Mr. T. Attewell who is said to be old and badly off and lives at
Bledington, near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
