Sir C. P. Chater has taken the value of the Inland
Lots at $2.50 per square foot. The price actually paid by Government was $2.50+ 10% ■ $2.75 per square foot. I think it
reasonable that in negotiating the exchanges, the same rate
($2.75) should be taken. If this be done, the values stated
above will be increased by the following amounts:-
