The Wharf and Godown Company to erect such new pier at their own cost for the ordinary ferry service and also for the railway service.
No premium to be paid in respect of an area equivalent to that of the existing pier, namely 4,000 square feet, but premium
at the rate of $1.20 per square foot to be paid for any area in excess of 4,000 square feet.
Crown Rent to be paid in accordance with the Piers Ordinance, com.encing from the date of the cessation of payment of rent for the existing pier.
