FINANCE.
I. Revenue.
The Postmaster General's Annual Reports discriminate
as to revenue between Hong Kong and the agencies only in
respect of revenue from the sale of stamps.
The revenue from other sources (e.g. Unpaid postage, Boxholders fees, Commission on Money Orders and Postal Notes, Profit on Exchange on Money Order transactions, Interest on Money Order Fund, Void Money Orders and Postal
Notes) is not apportioned. Itamounted for the year 1909 to
about # 45000. It is desired to have a statement showing
the details and total of all Agency revenue.
II. Expenditure.
The Postmaster General's Annual Reports do not in the
matter of expenditure discriminate between Hong Kong and
the Agencies; the Colonial Revenue estimates (for 1906 and
subsequent years) shew the Post Office expenditure under
the headings
A. Hong Kong Post Office.
B. Postal Agencies in China.
