My Lords would be glad to be favoured with a copy
of the Ordinance, amended in accordance with these suggestions, as also with a copy of the proposed Order in Council under Section 6 (2) of the Hong Kong Ordinance No. 16 of 1901 for the exemption of excess issues of notes from the 1% tax.
