Act, and in 95(1) an alteration has been made from twenty-

one days to five weeks, but the necessary alteration in

the subsequent proviso has been omitted apparently by in-

advertence.

Clause 113. Of the several suggestions in the mar-

gin the only one to which attention need be called is

the insertion of the words "such person and to" in sub- section (4). In practice in this country it has been

found sufficient to require that notice should be sent

to the retiring auditor.

Clause 121(1). In the last line but three after the

word "creditors" the words "or class of creditors" seem

to have been omitted inadvertently.

Clause 124(3). The words "to contribute" seem to

have been inadvertently omitted after the words "wound

up".

Clause 146(1). In the second line the word "will"

should be "with".

Clause 170(1). In the last line but two the word "businesses" has been apparently by inadvertence substi-

tuted for the word "business".

Clause 185(6). The words "transferor company" in the margin seem to be right and should be substituted for the words in the text "the company which is being wound up. It will be seen that in 185(1) the words "transferor company" are defined.
