The

SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Sir Edward Grey): In addition to the gentlemen whose names I gave to the hon. Member on the 9th inst..

His Majesty's Government will be repre- sented at the Conference by Sir William Collins.

Mr. MITCHELL-THOMSON: Does that make four delegates or five?

Sir E. GREY: It makes four.

Mr. MITCHELL-THOMSON: May I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether he is aware that at the Shanghai Conference Great Britain was represented by five delegates, and whether the question of appointing an extra delegate bas been, or will be, considered?

Sir E. GREY: I would ask the hon. Member to give notice of that question.

Mr. KING: Will it be considered whether a representative of the com mercial interests might not be appointed?

Sir E. GREY: If the hon. Gentleman will give notice of the question, we will consider whether there should be any more delegates or not.
