Mr. J. Sakata, the Director of the Commercial Bureau
in the Departmant of Foreign Affairs, but have come
to the conclusion as stated above.
Such being the case you will have to wait until
the British Government has notified the Japanese
Government with the names of her colonies including
Hong Kong to which she wants to extend the operation
of the Treaty.
You will judge from the above statement that
these cases cannot be filed here.
