Sir:-
With reference to your Note of the 6th. instant,
I have the honour to inform you that particulars of the
exports of Morphia and Cocaine from the United Kingdom
have only been recorded since the beginning of the
current year and that it has proved impossible to com-
pile any statistics in regard to the manufacture of
these drugs within the United Kingdom.
I have the honour to enclose a statement showing
the quantity of morphia and cocaine of British and of
Foreign and Colonial production exported from the
United Kingdom during the first nine months of 1911.
