Decree of August 15,1911 ordering the publication in the "ta teblad* of the Consular Convention concluded on May 3,1911, between the Nether- 1:nds and Ching.
WE WILHELMINA,etc.
Having rugard to the Consular Convention concluded on May 8,1911 between the Netherlangɛ and China in respect of the Netherland Possessions and Colonies, .of which Convention a printed copy together with a trens-
lation are appended to thie Decree;
Having regard to the otec exchanged at Peking on
the same day between the signatories of the aforesaid Convention, of which a printed copy together with &
translation are likewise eppanded to this Decree;
Considering that the exchange of the Acts of Roti-
fication of the said Consuler Convention too" place on
July 28,1911, at The Hague;
On the proposal of Our Minister for Foreign Af-
fairs of August 12,1911;
Ive approved and ordained:-
to order the publication of the scid Convention and
Notes together with the tranɛlat.one thereof, by the
insertion of this Decree in the "Staatsblad”.
