IN reply to your letter dated the 14th August, 1911, enclosing correspondence
India Office, August 19, 1911. with regard to the prohibition of import of uncertified opium into Hong Kong, I am directed by the Secretary of State for India in Council to say that he sees no objection to the adoption by Sir John Jordan of the suggestion made in the last paragraph of his telegram No. 174, dated the 11th August.
