Mr. Theodore C. Taylor,-To ask the Under-Secretary of State for India whether Sir Alexander Hosie's report as to poppy growing in the Chinese province of Szechuan has now been received; and whether he will communicate its contents to the House.
Answer.
The report in question has been received, and will shortly be laid before Parliament, together with Sir Alexander Hosie's reports on opium production in the provinces of Shensi, Shansi, Kansu, and Yünnan.
