With reference to my despatch Ho. 263 of the 26th
ultimo I have the honour to transmit copy of a further
despatch which I have addressed to the Governor of Hong-
kong forwarding the minutes of an interview with His
Excellency Li Ching-fang, the Vice President of the Minis-

try of Communications, on the subject of the Working
Agreement for the connection of the Canton-Kowloon Rail-
way.
