With reference to my Telegram No. 107 of April
28th I have the honour to enclose copies of two des-
patches from His Majesty's Consul-General at Canton
giving further details of the recent revolutionary
outbreak in Canton in which the Viceroy's Yamen was
burnt down.
I have requested Mr. Jamieson to thank Mr. Lind-
sell for his interesting report.
