I have the honour to eell your sttention to the
case of the China Comercial Steamship for any Ita., which
formed the subject of Yr Tower's Despatchog Nos. 1 ɛnd 90
of July 30tk enni Angast 11th 1906, and your Despatch No 2
Commercial of January 12th 1909.
So far as I can ascer.
tain these are the last communications which have been ex-
changed on this matter.
You will recollect that certain skipe of the Com-
