GOVERNMENT of India's telegram of 24th April.
Peking, April 25, 1911.
Following are stipulations of proposed agreement with China on point raised in above telegram :--
"The export of opium from India to China shall cease in less than seven years if clear proof is given to satisfaction of British Minister at Peking of complete absence of production of native opium in China."
