Telegraph Administration shall make any arrangements or
agreement or take any other step during the term of the loan that would in any way diminish China's share of the revenue from the aforenamed "Through Traffic" and
"Limitrophe Traffic".
Article 8.
During the term of the Loan, the Imperial Chinese
Telegraph Administration shall retain the services of a
Danish or English Adviser.
Article 9.
The present Agreement shall be confirmed by the Wai Wi Pu, the Ministry of Finance and the ministers
at Peking for Great Britain, Russia and Denmark.
In witness whereof the undersigned duly authorised to this effect have signed the present Agreement. Done
in the English language and in the Chinese language. Three expeditions duly compared and found to be in agree- ment have been signed in each of these languages on the
