Companies under any Agreement or Agreements between the Imperial Chinese Telegraph Administration and the Companies for the time being in force. The above reven- ues are declared free from all other loans, charges, or

mortgages.

By the aforesaid "Through Traffic" is understood traffic as defined in the sixth recital of the Agree- ment dated the 26th of July, 1904, between the Imperial Chinese Telegraph Administration and the Companies, and by the aforenamed "Limitrophe Traffic" is understood traffic as defined in Article one of the Telegraph Con- vention dated the 13th May, 1897, between the Imperial Chinese Telegraph Administration and the Great Northern Telegraph Company Limited of Denmark with the additional traffic as mentioned in Article seven of the Agreement

dated the 22nd of October 1902, between the same two

parties.
