Peking, December 3, 1910.
I have received the following telegram from the acting British cousul at Tengyuch with reference to p. 17 and postscript of his despatch of the 30th April last forwarding
a report on the raid by the Chief of Tengkeng on Pien-ma:-
"On the 29th November the magistrate of Paoshan left Yungchang for Pien-ma, accompanied by a small escort.'
