Application for information re overdue pension.
Gentlemen,
I havethe honour to report for your information
that I have returned to the United Kingdom on the 23rd.
ultimo. I beg most respectfully to apply for informa-
tion and instructions with reference to a pension due to
me from the Hong Kong Fund. I have not collected the
pension from the 1st. April 1897, Having no friends
in the United Kingdom to assist me in collecting the
pension I allowed it to accumulate.
