I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to further promoting the Revision of the
Law by amending certain errors contained in, as well as
the lanuage used in, the Ordinances now in force."
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's
Instructions,
This is the Law Amendment Ordinance referred to in section 6 of Ordinance No.19 of 1911. It has been drafted by the Editor now engaged on the revision of the Ordinances and as far as it goes it authorises the alterations he is making not already authorised by some other amen- ding Ordinance. It is not complete but it is intended to complete it by an amending Ordinance at the end of the year when the revision is finished. Its scope is set out in the preamble.
